Every document page shows its price before you type. Filling in, previewing and saving drafts are free forever. When you want the clean PDF and Word file, you pay once for that document. It never renews. Pro is a real subscription for landlords, agents and small businesses who create documents every month — it sends a reminder before each renewal and cancels in one click.
Why not free?
Keeping 500+ state-specific templates current with statutes that change every year costs money. We would rather charge $19–$29 openly than hide a subscription behind a "free" button.
