When you want the clean PDF and Word file, you pay once for that document, or take a 7-Day Pass if you need several. Neither renews. Pro is a real subscription for landlords, agents and small businesses who create documents every month — it sends a reminder before each renewal and cancels in one click.

Why not free?

Keeping 500+ state-specific templates current with statutes that change every year costs money. We would rather charge $9–$19 openly than hide a subscription behind a "free" button.
