Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, email hello@formsbystate.com within 30 days with the email used at checkout. We refund the full amount to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days. This applies to single documents, the 7-Day Pass and the first payment of a Pro subscription.

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, tell us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.

We may decline repeated refund requests that indicate abuse (for example, more than three refunds in a year).
