Every fact shown on a document page (notice periods, deposit caps, required disclosures, late-fee limits) is tied to a citation to the primary source — the state statute, regulation or official agency page — and most carry a link. We review each document type against all 51 jurisdictions on the date shown below, re-check when a legislature passes a change that affects a template, and rebuild the site so the date on each page reflects the last review. We do not invent citations: a fact without a verifiable source is shown as "varies" or omitted.
