How to use this Pay Stub Generator in US
Enter the employer and employee exactly as they appear on payroll records, choose the pay frequency, and enter hours and rate or the salary for the period. Mark bonuses or commissions as non-discretionary so overtime is paid on the correct regular rate. Federal tax, Social Security and Medicare are computed from the 2026 tables; your state state tax is computed automatically.
In the Year-to-date step, enter prior YTD amounts from your payroll records so cumulative totals match earlier stubs; the estimate option projects regular earnings only and is labeled as an estimate. Certify the figures, download the PDF, keep a copy in your payroll file for at least three years, and give the employee a copy each payday.
