如何在美国使用建筑留置权放弃与解除书（Lien Waiver）

金额请与支票或付款申请上的数字完全一致。您仅在该金额范围内放弃留置权，写错就等于白白让出钱。覆盖日期应填本次付款所涵盖工作的最后一天；签字前请在例外事项中列明保留金、有争议的额外款项以及其他您希望保留的权利。
请勿在提供工作之前签署放弃书：Any contract, agreement or understanding purporting to waive the right to file or enforce a lien or claim under chapter 53 is void as against public policy, except a waiver in a written original contract or subcontract for a single-family house, townhouse or duplex made before labor or materials are provided.（Tex.
