Ikkala tomon ma’lumot ulashsa (sheriklik, M&A muzokaralari) «Ikki tomonlama»ni, ma’lumotlaringizni oladigan yetkazib beruvchilar, frilanserlar yoki investorlar uchun «Bir tomonlama»ni tanlang; xodimlar va nomzodlar uchun xodim katagini belgilang. Oddiy ma’lumot uchun maxfiylik davrini 2–5 yil qiling; tijorat sirlari sir bo‘lib qolar ekan himoyalanadi.
NDA’dan kimnidir ta’qib yoki noqonuniy xatti-harakat haqida xabar berishdan to‘xtatish uchun foydalanmang — sizning shtatingizda va federal qonun bo‘yicha bunday bandlar kuchga ega emas va butun shartnomaga soya solishi mumkin.
