双方都会共享信息时（合作、并购谈判）选择“双向”，供应商、自由职业者或投资人接收您的数据时选择“单向”；员工和求职者请勾选员工选项。普通信息的保密期保持在 2–5 年；商业秘密只要保持秘密就一直受保护。
不要用保密协议阻止他人举报骚扰或违法行为——在您所在的州和联邦法律下此类条款无效，并可能使整份协议受到质疑。
适用法律说明：本保密协议适用您所在的州的法律和法院；在其他州居住和工作的员工可能有权坚持适用该州法律（例如 Cal. Lab. Code § 925）。
