竞业禁止时限：written statement that a non-compete is required, delivered at least two weeks before the first day of employment (or the covenant is entered on a bona fide advancement); signed copy delivered within 30 days after termination（ORS 653.295）。逾期交付将使该条款不可执行；年薪低于 $119,541.00 时本就无效。
